The goal was to create a mobile platform where users could interact with digital characters in an engaging, personal way. Instead of traditional messaging, the application introduces personality-driven conversations that make interactions more dynamic and entertaining.

Designed to create engaging digital interactions, the app allows users to communicate with intelligent virtual characters in a natural and entertaining way. Instead of static messaging, users experience dynamic conversations that respond to their input and create a sense of personality within each interaction.

Defined the product vision, target audience, and core value proposition for BIMOBIMO. Mapped out the character economy, monetization structure, and emotional engagement goals before a single screen was designed.
Created wireframes and high-fidelity mockups focused on intuitive navigation, clean visuals, and user-centric interaction flows. Every screen was designed to feel warm and immediately usable.
Built the full Flutter app with AI conversation engine, real-time voice synthesis, character creation studio, and the Acorn in-app currency system. Single codebase, native performance across all Android devices.
Conducted multi-device QA, load testing under high concurrent usage, and privacy compliance review. User feedback from soft launch was looped directly back into fixes before public release.
Deployed to Google Play with a staged rollout strategy. Post-launch monitoring, community seeding, and rapid response to user-reported issues kept the rating climbing from day one.
